As business leaders in the Bayside community, we know growing your business, creating brand awareness, and expanding your network are three of your top priorities. You are all at different points in your business cycle and have faced many challenges and opportunities; especially in the past three years. Technology is continuously changing and just when you think you have mastered creating connections through LinkedIn, TikTok comes along and you have to learn this new technology and how it can help your business grow. You faced (and survived) the setbacks a global pandemic presented but you recognize the importance of connecting face to face with the people in your community and fellow business owners in order to support your businesses growth and now you are faced with the tyranny of opportunity.
Moderated by Tommy DiMisa, Consultant Employee Benefit Consultant – Director of Strategic Alliances, PEO & HR Division with Vanguard Benefits, each panelist shared their unique perspective on what works best for them when connecting to build their businesses.
